This is...creepy...She's kinda reminds me an earthworm with naked wet body... Colors of the water are sick-green like the water is hardly polluted and her face looks empty like she's not happy but she can't make face other than that.
It's not like I don't see that you putted a lot of work here, that's great, but final resultate is not so good unfortunately. But I can say that you did good job with wet skin effect and her wet mane. The background is simple but in good way. I think that the main problem is that complementary colors are in bad scheme.
